TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment

  • Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.

  • All payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

2. Copyrights

  • All designs and wraps created by Premium Wraps are the intellectual property of Premium Wraps.

  • Clients are prohibited from replicating, copying, or distributing our designs without prior written consent from Premium Wraps.

  • Any breach of these terms will result in legal action.

 

3. Appointments and Deposits

  • To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of [specified amount] is required.

  • Deposits are deducted from the total cost of the service.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

 

4. Vehicle Preparation

  • All vehicles must be prepped by a professional panel beater before any wrapping services are performed.

  • Premium Wraps is not responsible for any imperfections, defects, or damages that may occur if the vehicle has not been properly prepared by a qualified professional.

  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is in suitable condition for wrapping. Any additional costs incurred due to inadequate preparation will be charged to the client.

 

 

5. Liability

  • Premium Wraps is not liable for any damage caused to the vehicle if the vehicle has not been prepped according to our standards.

  • We will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the client's failure to adhere to the vehicle preparation requirements.

6. Care and Maintenance

  • Proper care and maintenance of the wrap are essential for its longevity. Clients are provided with care instructions upon completion of the wrap.

  • Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.

 

 

7. Modifications

  • Any modifications or additions to these terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the above terms and conditions.
